Brick walls, which have been traditional to India, are time consuming to erect and costly to keep standing. Our Precast Concrete Boundary Walls overcome these handicaps of traditional brick walls. Our Precast concrete boundary walls are fast and easy to construct and have a virtually unlimited life. These walls are low maintenance and do not deteriorate with time. Our Precast Concrete Boundary walls are made from posts erected directly into the ground which have grooves to accommodate textured panels. We currently offer boundary wall systems of 6 feet and 8 feet height. The textured panels are available in two varieties. Our brick finish textured panels closely resemble real bricks and create a classic ambience. Our wood finish textured panels provide the visual impact of crafted wood and the longevity of concrete. Dec 2011-Mar 2012:We are currently supplying 6 ft high boundary wall system with a custom grill at the top to a leading contractor working on a project in Delhi.
Aug-Dec 2011:We supplied custom brick finish panels of thickness of 50 and 70 mm for construction of 1.5 kms long boundary wall in Gurgaon.
Nov-Dec 2010:We completed a repeat order from Canton Buildwell Pvt Ltd to supply precast components for an additional 300 running meter boundary wall for their site located in Gurgaon.
Nov-Dec 2010:We supplied precast components for construction of 600 running meter boundary wall of 8 ft above ground height and 40 mm slab thickness for Jain International School at their site located in Amethi, U.P.
Sep-Dec 2010:We supplied precast components for construction of 785 running meter boundary wall of 8 ft above ground height and 40 mm slab thickness for CHD Developers Ltd at their site located in Karnal, Haryana
Aug-Dec 2010:We undertook a turnkey project to construct 600 m long boundary wall of 8 ft above ground height and 40 mm slab thickness for Vishram Vridh Ashram (SHEOWS) at their site located in Garh Mukteshwar (Garh Ganga), U.P. Below are some pictures of the site under construction.

1800 mm (approx. 6 ft) High Boundary Wall - 40 mm thickness

Consists of RCC Precast Concrete Post of size 150mm X 150mm X 2435 mm Height having two grooves of size 50 X 30mm, so as to receive 6 Nos. Precast Concrete RCC Panels of size 1500mm X 300mm X 40 mm thickness

The post is reinforced with 4 Nos. 8 mm dia Tor Bars with 4mm dia stir-ups @ 150mm c/c; Panels are reinforced with 3 Nos. longitudinal bars of 8mm. dia Tor Steel & 6 mm plain M.S. Stir up @ 150 centre to centre

Manufactured by using M-30 grade of concrete

Note: The post may be fixed to the ground by digging a hole of 500 X 500 X 600 mm and filled with 1 : 3 : 6 concrete after the post has been aligned in these holes. The post will be erected @ 1.615m. centre to centre

2400 mm (approx. 8 ft) High Boundary Wall - 40 mm thickness

Consists of RCC Precast Concrete Post of size 150mm X 150mm X 3000 mm Height, having two grooves of size 50 X 30mm, so as to receive 8 Nos. Precast Concrete RCC Panels of size 1500mm X 300mm X 40 mm thickness

2500 mm High Boundary Wall - 100 mm thickness

Consists of RCC Precast Concrete Post of size 300mm X 300mm X 3500 mm Height, having two grooves of size 115 X 50mm, so as to receive 2 Nos. Precast Concrete RCC Panels of size 2500mm X 1250mm X 100 mm thickness

The post is reinforced with 4 Nos. 12 mm dia Tor Bars and 2 Nos. 8mm dia Tor Bars with 6mm dia stir-ups @ 150mm c/c; Panels are reinforced with 13 Nos. longitudinal bars of 8mm. dia Tor Steel & 25 Nos. 8 mm dia Tor Bars along the height

Manufactured by using M-30 grade of concrete

Note: The post may be fixed to the ground by digging a hole of 600 mm dia and 1200 mm depth, leveling the bottom soil to reduce the depth to 1000 mm, and filling with 1 : 3 : 6 concrete after the post has been aligned in these holes. The post will be erected @ 2.72m. centre to centre
